In my experience, he was not courteous or sympathetic at all. I needed a procedure done and he acted as though it was no big deal - wouldn't meet with me to discuss options/side effects or possible risks. He just e-mailed me saying "schedule it". I wanted to see another doctor to get a second opinion and honestly to get a doctor who cared more. He refused to release my records and wouldn't give a referral so I had to jump through hoops to get a second opinion and get my procedure done elsewhere. He was terrible and I will NEVER go back to him. If you're looking for a personable doctor whom you can trust and ask questions - this is NOT the doctor for you.
