I had a genioplasty (movement of my chin bone) done recently with a blepharoplasty. (eyebrow lift) I can't tell you how awesome Dr. Wittenberg and his team were and are. I work in healthcare, so I know how careful you must be with physicians etc. When I first met Dr. Wittenberg, I was immediately put at ease. This man is so knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I was important and understood about my desire to change some things. I did have a minor issue post operatively, but both Dr. Wittenberg and his team rectified this quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this man for any procedure you want, especially regarding oral/facial surgeries. He is fantastic and I am so happy with the outcome. I just had to write this about him.

The staff are nice. However, Dr. Wittenberg is a horrible doctor. If you are seeking anything cosmetic RUN!!!!! And if you are going in for another issue, as I was and he tries to talk you into a cosmetic procedure RUN!!!! He does not have a good reputation with other Maxillofacial or plastic surgeons. He wrote a letter to my doctor which specifically stated he put in a different type of implant (silastic), instead of what he did use - medpor ( a very difficult implant to remove). My doctor realized he had been lied to once I was on the OR table getting Dr. Wittenberg's shoddy work fixed. I wouldn't even be writing this but he is now advertising on a local radio station and I would hate to have anyone go through what I have endured. What he did to me was beyond bad. Because he is now advertising I am contemplating making a formal complaint against him with the college. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!

Had my wisdom teeth out and jaw surgery done by Dr W 23 years ago. He was awesome, I was eating rare steaks within a week of jaw surgery, hardly any bruising at all. When I went to my orthodentist a week after surgery, he asked when I was having the surgery because you couldn't even tell I had the surgery, there were no visible signs on my face.

Wow, I thought he was great and the staff too. So friendly and made me comfortable. I had my wisdom teeth removed at his Richmond office and it went so much better than my friends. Then I just had jaw surgery on both the top and bottom and my chin. I was kinda afraid but it was so good. Even the hospital was ok. I had no pain and I was eating almost normal food by 5 days later and much less swelling than I thought. He is so gentle and nice and my orthodontist said the result is perfect. I like how i look! Anyway, go see him, you will like him and everyone told me I was lucky to have do my surgery

I had my jaw and cheekbones and wisdom teeth done by Dr. Wittenberg. Lets start of with the wisdom teeth, from what i've heard from friends is that after getting put to sleep and gotten wisdom teeth removed they let you sober up for a bit and let you relax on the chair for a while, until you feel okay to walk. I literary got rushed out to the point that i had to get carried to my car by my mother, I could barely stand! and resulted in my passing out on the parking lot floor. The jaw surgery seemed to be doing fine until a few months ago i noticed clicking in my jaw when i eat, turns out i might need another jaw surgery. In terms of the cheek bones, he told me i would need them which i highly doubt!!! I have had countless problems with my cheekbones and am seriously considering removing them and regret getting them. Thought it would be the best thing for me since my doctor told me cheek bone implants would look better after the surgery :S

My daughter had jaw surgery both top and bottom jaw last month and her recovery went so smoothly. Dr. Wittenberg and staff made sure we were very prepared for the hospital stay and recovery. We never expected no pain or bruising. My daughter loves the results and her new chin. I know our orthodontist will not work with any other oral surgeon. I really recommend Dr. Wittenberg.

I had several cosmetic surgeries done by Dr. W and I can tell you he is a superior facial surgeon. I live half time in LA and I heard of him from a surgeon down here. He has a great reputation and I love the natural looking results. I had brow, eyes, jawline and facelift and I look completely refreshed and feel great. I love my jawline especially. He explained everything and took good care of me throughout. Highly recommend him - my friend is already going there once she saw my result. Great experience.

I had all 4 wisdoms removed & had a great experience. Not alot of swelling, no problems with the area, etc. I thought he was very friendly - put me at ease as I had never had any surgery before. He was friendly as was his staff - they were helpful, comforting. I wish I could have seen him after I woke up from my sedation but I'm guessing he was with the next person. But I had a great experience and my recovery was minimal. I was eating solids the next day!

I had jaw surgery with implants I did not need. I got a terrible infection and had to have the implants removed. he used a material that became infected easily that another doctor told me was no longer recommended for use. he is a dental surgeon and i would not recommend him for cosmetic procedures at all. My orthodontist thought he moved my jaw too far as well but I am not so unhappy with that as with his hard sell on bad implants.

My cosmetic experience was superb. He was the only one who actually explained the anatomy of my problem and gave me options. Quite the opposite of many others i saw for consultation. Asked around and he is highly experienced and has a tremendous reputation. highly recommended by my doctor too. Very comfortable with him and staff. They go out of their way to explain things. Results speak for themselves and I love my rejuvenation. Natural and 'looks like me'. Go see him, you will be happy
