This area is riddled with tick borne pathogens and this physician knows next to nothing about how they harm the eyes. He is arrogant and uncaring but pretends to the hoards of Medicare patients that he is kind and nice. Not genuine and not smart so my advice is to search for a better physician.

I have been under Dr. Chang's care for a number of years, with 1 operation and I consider Him to be professional and concerned.

Dr. Chang has the best patient bedside manner. He makes you feel so comfortable. He is very good at what he does in monitoring glaucoma. My daughter was born with glaucoma and the practice has been seeing her now for 22 years. Greatful when we were transferred over to his service! We see him in the Cranberry Twp. PA office.
