He may be a top neuro ophthamologist, but he has absolutely no people skills and if you have any bad news, be prepared to hear it with total callousness and without a drop of empathy. He can drain the hope from the most hopeful person with his cold demeanor. And be prepared to wait at least 90 minutes after your appt time to even see him.
