The entire Staff, Dr. Pellow, Dr. Chris, exceed my expectations. In unison Transformational Health (hereinafter referred to as TH) designs a healing plan for each individual. There is no "one size fits all" healing...each patient has the full attention of everyone at TH based on individuals concerns and goals. I know this; as we patients chat and we refer family (our love ones), friends, colleagues, neighbors, and strangers to TH. The integrity of TH is above reproach...total transparencies and commitment to being the difference in individual patient's goals. TH designs a treatment plan and uncompromisingly; with each visit reviews patient progress, patient concerns, and tweaks patient treatment programs as the patient progresses. The wide array of treatments, "Maximum" Living resources; including healthy eating habits, and exercise regiments, vitamins, videos, books, private consultation, in-house education, and seminars set the standard for whole health and well-being of each patient based on our individually needs, goals, and nurtures and it's patients back to wellness. TH focuses it's treatment plans on caring for and instructing patients of Living Well. This Physical therapist was desperate for help because I was in so much pain with my back, I could not climb the stairs, or get up and down from the toilet , or brush my teeth , or get in and out of bed, or even dress myself, let alone do my job, without extreme pain and difficulty. You see, I had lost 2" with scoliosis and something dreadful was happening to my low back. Then there was upper back and neck pain as well, limiting me in how long I could stand and do dishes... Maybe five minutes, or sit and do chart work or fold clothes... Maybe 15 minutes. Now, after being with Dr Pellow for six months, I am so much more functional, able to work both at home and on the job with only occasional pain which I would rate anywhere from 2-6 out of 10, instead of 10 out of 10. Also, if that 6 out of 10 pain hits, I now know the exercises and stretches I can do to alleviate my pain, and correct my flexed, side-bent posture. There are many wonderful perks that makes Dr Pellow and his clinic stand out. The quality of care with insistence on doing the exercises necessary to help myself, and which also prepares my spine to be ready for, and to get the most out of Dr Pellow's hands-on treatments. He then has other modalities such as a lumbar traction table, and vibration plates which helps maintain the good effects of the chiropractic treatment. He also has several wonderful colleagues who are just as expert and effective in their treatments. It is not just the same treatment every time. It may be a quick manipulation, or a prolonged stretch, or a combination of the two, depending on what their trained eyes see as they listen to your complaints. Another thing that sets Dr Pellow's clinic apart is the ongoing training free of charge: exercise sessions, recipe nights, and education on a variety of topics from "healthier diets" to "conquering cancer". Also, Dr Pellow offers testing and lab work where they can determine exactly what your body lacks, and then you can work with a nutritionist on meeting your body's needs through diet and supplements.

My experience Dr Chris and other staff members has been awesome I feel so much better my energy is starting to come back I’m not is in much pain When I go more than one day a week. I Believe if I attend more days a week I can reduce or Eliminate my pain medication God Bless!

The treatment I received with Dr. Pellow has given me amazing results. My migraines have ceased and I am forever grateful for all his support and that of his staff! I am constantly referring people to this practice as I have seen it change peoples lives in immeasurable ways!

it was excellent timely weight loss was good I strayed from protocal partly due to living conditions and partly by going to New York with my wife when her father passed I intend to start back shortly as soon as we get the house sold ectc

Have been attending Pellow chiropractic for 8 years and satisfied with results. Knowing that with alternative health. Chiropractic continues to in addition to help maintain the good health I have always I enjoyed!! Have continued with services with an auto accident and still finding good results, Dr Pellow was able to assist with an insurance check of $7,000. Time and again, I can trust excellent results and look forward to increased health. Have attended various trainings with thought provoking changes I Have considered and changed my health, and have shared with others, I have trusted in great procedures and received great results. Have shared with family friends and acquaintances in my businesses with some coming here for adjustments. Now my daughter has joined to correct spine neck and arm injuries.. I have been in 5 car accidents since I was 3 years old and I lost my left arm and due to that I grew up with scoliosis. Now that I have gotten older I have more difficulties functioning in life. There were times before I came here that I was very weak and I couldn't hardly walk up my stairs. I had pain in my hips, knees and legs and my back, neck and everywhere. After coming here I felt like I could function better, I'm more alert, and the pain has not completely gone away but is getting better.
