I don't know anything about the doctor himself, but his front office staff was terribly rude. Talk about no customer service skills.

Dr. Cone has been my PMD for many years. I am a physician myself and of all the primary physicians in our hospital I chose him. I know several other physicians who are his patients as well. His knowledge is good and he is conservative in treatment choices which is fine with me and my colleagues. He has great "bedside manner" and is gentle and complete in his examination.

Arrogant man, terribly unpleasant. Can see the dollar sign in his eyes.
