Spiteful Horrible Doctor! I was a patient with Dr. Alloju several years ago, I had recently moved further away, and became permanently disabled, unable to drive long distances, so I went to see another GI doctor closer to my new home. That GI Doctor turned out to be the worst doctor I have ever seen. I decided to go back to Dr. Alloju regardless the distance, would have a friend drive me, for treatment and help, but he was upset that I went to see someone else; disregarding the fact that I am disabled and unable to drive long distances, and he REFUSED to see me! WHAT KIND OF HEARTLESS DOCTOR DOES THAT? Even though I explained my situation, he still refused to see me, because I went to see someone else, acting as a childish, spiteful person. No doctor has the right to play GOD just because his feelings are hurt, and Karma will come back to him, next life will be a banana slug for him!

I am very much pleased with my experience with Dr. Murali Alloju and I have always been able to talk to the Doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Very satisfied with Doctors care and the front desk staff and nurse are amazing and took good care of me during my visit.
There was one stage of my life where I had unusual challenges with my liver, visited him due to high liver enzymes. His experience really helped me, with his additional diagnosis the root cause of the problem was determined and in two years I became completely healthy form Liver Fibrosis stage III to normal. I was in silent pain with three life threating situations (liver fibrosis, colon polyp identification and colonoscopy to remove, Hep B, Gallbladder polyps) one after another, the frequent visits and recommendations helped me to identify the problems at the very beginning stage and diagnosis and recovery there after and I am back to a healthy life! He saved me. I believe his care and concern is an ultimate form of God’s blessings.
I highly recommend Dr. Murali Alloju.

This guy treated me HORRIBLY! He did a colonoscopy and didn't tell me the results - that I have a hiatal hernia and it caused my severe reflux. I now have permanent damage to my esophagus & sinuses and JUST found out that HE KNEW ALL ALONG and never told me! Don't go to this doctor. Period.

My initial appointment with this doctor was satisfactory. However, he sent me for testing and after repeated calls over a two week period, I have had ZERO success in finding out the results of those tests. His staff is very dismissive and does not return calls, leaving me in pain and completely in the dark about whwere to go from here.

This doctor saved my life twice. I was hospitalized in 2007 and diagnosed with UC, this doctor monitored me closely and also caught a Crones diagnosis a year later. Many nurses and doctors at the hospital said if I were under someone elses care, I probably would have died or lost my colon. His bedside manner is so wonderful, but unfortunately his staff, Jalisa and others are very rude, inefficient, and inpatient. I hope his office soon learns this. He fought my insurance for IV care and my life has changed for the best ever since

The doctor is wonderful is staff on the other hand is rude and disorganized. This applies especially to his PA who, after more than a week of delinquency, can only be described as lazy and ineffectual at her job. She did not call my insurance company so I did and I acquired all of the necessary information. She continually interrupted me, treated me as an inferior (not knowing my years working as an assistant in the medical field), and unfortunately this resulted in my severing myself as a patient from this office. I understand that the doctor has a wonderful reputation and I truly do respect him. I do think that he should review his staffing decisions however.

I was in the hospital and was prepped for a colonoscopy, and told Dr. Alloju would perform the procedure the next day. Then, he didn't show up and I was told to just keep drinking the laxative and not eat for another 24 to 48 hours until he had time to show up for my procedure. When I questioned him about why the procedure wasn't done when scheduled, he said he was "busy" and couldn't know exactly when he would have time to do a procedure. Completely unacceptable!!!!!
