The staff is extremely cautious and professional. The entire office runs very effectively and was extremely accommodating. I could not have hoped for a better experience of Lasik surgery.

The doctor's and staff are friendly and genuinely care about you and your concerns. The office is always clean and well organized! I elected to have Lasik surgery, which was somewhat scary, but Dr. Chotiner and Valerie C made me feel so relaxed and were very supportive through the entire procedure! The whole staff at Memorial Eye Institute treat you like family. It was a great experience.

When we arrived for the appointment, we were immediately taken back to a room to see the doctor. The doctor and staff explained every step of the procedure and answered our questions thoroughly. A follow up was scheduled for a time that worked well for us. The entire staff was kind, helpful and compassionate. We will be telling our family/friends about our experience!

I had a significant wait my first visit, but staff did all they could to make me comfortable and were very apologetic. Felt very confident with Dr. Chotiner's diagnosis and surgery went well. Surgical staff very friendly and even recognized day of first surgery fell on my birthday.

The procedure was painful because of my small eyes. The staff and doctor were very straightforward and helpful. The next day I could drive without glasses. The few minutes of pain was worth the end results!!! Thank you so much for my new sight! Working with special ed students can be hard on glasses. They get smacked of my face. I am ready for the next school year.

I was hesitant at first due to cost, but Memorial Eye was by far the most affordable out of 2 other locations I had previous consultations with. My father had cataract surgery with Dr. Bennett Chotiner and told me he was very pleased with the surgeon and his facility. I booked a consultation online and was immediately taken in for my Lasik surgery the following day, ie, no wait period!!

I was very pleased how the process for my surgery progressed. Lots of tests, but felt reassured everything was needed to make my surgery a success. Very pleased with the left eye (no pain and no complications). Now on to do the right eye next week.
