We saw Dr. Botros with our infant after reading good reviews online. Upon arrival, the office is very cold and uninviting, the staff is less than professional and the rooms are on the dirty side. The scale they used to weigh our baby was old and filthy. I had to put my newborn on there and got really disgusted. I also had to ask the nurse and MD to wash their hands, which should automatically happen once entering the room. The nurse was going in and out and touching the dirty door handle, but keep assuring me that her hands were clean. I was really disappointed and never went back!

This is not a good Docter to take your child to espically if you are trying to get a second opion. She only takes your money and does not tell you what is wrong with your child. Also sends you to do labs and does not notify you with the results at all and MA's don't give you any info and seem very rude.

Don't go to Dr. Botros! The office staff is rude and very unprofessional. The office is unorganized and the wait time is always 45 minutes to an hour. Once you get in the doctor seems to rush through the visit because she is behind on her appointments. There is no use in putting alternate phone numbers on your contacts because they are too lazy to try any other phone number when it is important that they get a hold of you. Since we have switch pediatricians, thank goodness!!!

I am really disappointed with Dr. Botros. I always wait 45 minutes at the least just to get in to see her, and when I get in she rushes us right out. She's not personable or really knowledgeable in my opinion. And she charges an extra 5 dollars for every paper that she has to sign. I used her only because she was the only doctor available to me while in the hospital and I am now trying to find a new pediatrician. On the plus side her nurses are very nice and when she is on vacation she has another Dr who fills her place who is also very nice. I'd like to find out if the other doctor has a practice of his own.

Dr. Botros has been our pediatrician for 14 years. She was referred to us by our previous pediatrician who moved. We absolutely love her and refer our friends to her. She is punctual, helpful, kind, loving, and approachable. Her office is clean. She is always on top of current medical issues pertaining to children. When physicals needed to be done for sports/school activities the paperwork was done timely. It is such a blessing to have Dr. Botros caring for our children.

Dr. Botros is a wonderful Pediatrician who genuinely cares about and loves her children. She takes her time, asking both child and parents lots of questions, and always puts the children at ease. When prescribing medication, she makes sure the parents understand what it is for, how it is used, side-effects (if any) to watch for, and how long before a follow-up is needed, if at all. She does not ALWAYS require a follow-up like many Doctors. Usuallyrequiring a follow-up if it is a serious issue, if a problem persists, or if there has been some sort of problem. She has a gentle, caring bedside manner and is an incredibly pleasant person to talk to. She's always happy to talk to you about her Egyptian heritage too, if you're curious! :>WE JUST LOVE HER AS DO OUR CHILDREN!
