Since first going to Dr Gilchrist 7 he and his staff have always made me feel welcome. His staff spend a lot of time comforting my son, who is terrified of the dentist. What a great team!

Everyone in the office including Dr Gilchrist spent alot of time joking amongst themselves about their weekends ect. It was almost like I was just a fixture. It seemed like EVERY visit by anyone in my family required an x-ray. He referred us to a dental surgeon in Oshawa many times. After going to him for about 5 years I felt ripped off and changed dentists. Overall the staff were too chummy and there always seemed to be in house jokes that I wasnt privy to.

Went for several visits to get a particular filling repaired. He took a lot of Xrays but never got around to fixing what I went to him for. Charged a fortune for every useless visit. Seemed to spent an inordinate amount of time chatting with his staff. Felt like I was being fleeced!!!

A terrible dentist. Interested in xrays and root canals. Gave my husband a large blister on his lower lip from leaning on it. Left my son with a filling that pained him for months.

I have been going to this office since it opened over 8 years ago. I always find the office very pleasant and comfortable to be in. A number of the staff have been there for most of the time I have been going there. And they are always running on time which is great!

Has referred me to Specialist way too many times, even to pull my teeth.

Just generally wasted my time and money. Didn't actually fix any problems, just weakened my tooth untill it snapped, then sent me to someone else so he didn't have to fix it himself. A total load.

Took an x-ray, wanted to send me to a "specialist" to pull my tooth. Charged $55. Went to another dentist in town, tooth was out in 5 minutes !
