I have been seeing Dr. Gilchrist since I was a teen (now 30yrs old). He is the most kind and helpful dentist out there by far. I've had my chipped tooth fixed by a dental surgeon in T.O. once and it came off after a year. Dr. Gilchrist fixed it and it's still kicking 6 years later. I have to chuckle at the comment regarding shoes - in the winter time, do you really want to risk puddles all over your dentistry? Go to him!!

Very modern office. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Dr. was very patient dealing with my kids.

I wish dr was as nice as his staff. He rushes me and my family. Can't find time to have small talk. he comes accross as though he Is too preoccupied. He asked me the same question twice in the same visit. He was mad at his assistant. You could cut the tension with a knife. Made me very uncomfortable. But his dental team is very good. They are so kind. I get anxious before every appointment but the reception staff are top notch at trying to make conversion with me to distract me and so Is his assistant. I have had some good visits with dr. But lately not so much.

I can't believe they expect you to take your shoes off at the door! I guess he doesn't make enough to have someone clean the floors? Just keep the assembly line moving!

Very good dentist. Everyone is friendly and you're always in and out very quick. I've been to quite a few dentists in the area and this one has by far been the best. Yes, the doctor does talk to his staff but I'd prefer that to him talking to me while I can't respond back.

Our family has been going to this dentist for 5 years. We are very happy with the professional, courteous, and friendly service we get. Great with kids - keeps them at ease. Dr. Gilchrist is also a supporter of many local kid's sports leagues - much appreciated. I highly recommend this dentist for the whole family.

Best dentist I ever had. Zero complaints. Very friendly office. Going there was like meeting old friends. Actually looked forward to going to the dentist.

Amazing Dentist. Pretty much has the whole package. Beautiful newly renovated office, everything in it is brand new!!! And amazing friendly staff. It's rare to find all of that in a dental office these days!!

I found that everything Dr. Gilchrist does as well as his staff, is very legal. He must take an x-ray everytime you come in with a concern, he could get in trouble if he doesn't, it's the legal thing to do. The same tooth can change in three months, so even if you had an x-ray taken of the same tooth 3 months ago, it doesn't mean a thing! If it was an x-ray of the same tooth however, he wouldn't charge my family and I for it, he would only charge us for an xray of the same tooth if it had been more than a year. We found Dr. GIlchrist to be very efficient. If your anything like me, and don't like being in the dental chair for too long, he is the dentist your looking for!! He is fast, but does amazing work. My family and I have no complaints.
