Dr. Aschi and the many very busy associates at the clinic have always been extremely helpful. They are kind and intelligent and very caring. The waits I have had are very minimal and understandable.

I agree that call backs are a problem at times but overall my experience has been ok ,better than the VA doctor I saw previously. the staff seemed to understand my apprehensions about procedures that I required- cystoscopy and U/S for BPH. the doctor did provide a free sample to get me started w/ therapy but am still following up with help in getting a script filled. can provide more feedback @ a later time.

Don't expect a call back on an urgent issue for 2 or 3 days. If a procedure causes a steam of blood and (not just drips or spotting) don't expect a call for 3 days to say it's not normal. If you have an allergic reaction to a new medicine, don't expect a call until the next day to say not to take it anymore, take Benadryl, and no further instruction for a couple more days.
