She still has an office??!! ... THE worst DDS is the city. Dr. Zimmerman strongly believes in doing her own implant surgery because she is greedy for the money. Anyone with half a brain knows implants should be done by either a periodontist or oral surgeon. She does not believe in referring patients out to specialists because she doesn't want to lose the money. She told me that I needed a root canal ASAP... turned out that the so called root canal I needed was just stain. I had absolutely no pain... not to mention airs been a few years and I still have that tooth... with no pain. Hard to believe she graduated from U of T... do not waste your time or hard earned money in this office. The work is so botched that another dentist will have to clean up her mess.

Wow, did she post her own 5 stars rating? Absolutely greedy and incompetent! My gums still hurt months after a botched wisdom tooth extraction...Imagine her asking 'Oh dear, I don`t understand this..' in the midst of an extraction. Yikes!

It's unfortunate that she is such a greedy dentist who over charges even being a case of not have insurance. Every small little black speck she says she needs to fix .. She is not conservative and just thinks about making money and not the best interest in her patients. Also when I agreed to have these fillings done I did tell her due to finances I would prefer to have one cavity done at a time. She not only did all 5 "cavities" but she finished her work so quick! Goes to show after my next cleaning all thos fillings had cavities under the poorly done fillings. The new dentist I am seeing could not believe the butcher job she has done! Also she next did an exam yet they charged me for one !!!
Only nice thing about the office the staff is really nice and patient .. Even the hygienists are very thorough. That's all that's really keeping the office running,. And I'm postings she prob doesn't even acknowledge this.. Pays them pennies!!! Ladies if your reading from dr Zimmerman I will put a good word for you at my current office ,. Smiles matter on Yonge and steeles

Her license should have been revoked a long time ago. Balance is a lot more interested in gossiping about patients to her staff, than practicing good dentistry. Be warned about her implant surgery. Most of her surgeries have fiddled and refuses to send any of her patients to a specialist because she is greedy and doesn't want to lose the money. I know first hand how bad her work is... Do not see this dentist!

extremely painful experience, she told me i had 12 cavities, and after finishing 12 teeth, she told me i had 8 more teeth to go. i had to pay everything from my pocket as i am a student. she ended up hitting one of my tooth nerves and now i need a root canal which i will be doing at another dentist.

I need to have 3 of my fillings removed by my new dentist, because he says there are now cavities underneath. These fillings were put in by Blanca! I already had one of her fillings removed because of the same issue, 2yrs ago. I am not happy about this! Also, her proceedures were painful when she failed to administer anesthesia... Overall I would never go to her. Better go to smilingstar.com (at Yonge & Steeles). They are professional and competent.

Although she gives discounts, I find that she overcharges once she know that you have insurance coverage. Not really nice and very rigid!

Be warned! She`s a gold digger!! Don't be fooled by the low initial quotes and relatively outskirt location...The final price could be higher than those posh clinics in Yorkville and downtown.. Visit on your own risk..

Dr. Zimmerman is a very good Dentist. She explains procedures very clearly. She is very caring. My entire family goes to her for all of their dental needs. Keep up the good work Dr. Zimmerman!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Zimmerman since 2002 when she removed my wisdom teeth. She did such an amazing job, i switched dentists from that date on. I used to hate going to the dentist, but the hygenists here are awesome.
