Dr. Ripps and Terri Bishop have been amazing. We just had our precious miracle 9 June 2018! It was a long journey but we are glad we decided to give treatment a try. I highly recommend giving this agency a try before giving up on having a baby.

After almost two years of seeking out answers for symptoms related to imbalanced hormones, PCOS, and general women’s health challenges my husband and I have finally found a team of professionals in the Panama City area we feel confident in. After just my first visit I felt so much relief! I didn’t even know I had been feeling that heavy, but right away I felt “lighter & brighter”. We have been actively seeking recommendations from three different doctors in the Panama City area and even went to Ohio to the Cleveland Clinic last month to find answers and get a second opinion. Good thing we didn’t stop there…because finding New Leaders is our answer! The time and attention to detail Terri shared with us last week is most attentive any healthcare professional has been with us throughout this entire journey. Great doctor, Great staff, Great experince! My husband and I are primarily seen at the New LIFE office in Dothan and we have been very impressed. I filled out my "New Patient Application" on their website and I was sitting face-to-face with Dr. Ripps just two weeks later. We got pregnant with our second iui! I will definitely go back to Dr. Ripps when it's time for our son to be a Big Brother!

My husband and I had tried to conceive for 3 years before taking the leap to see a specialist.
The information we learned during our first visit with Dr Ripps was incredible! The staff was so helpful and caring. We opted to be aggressive and move right into IVF.
The nurses were so good at explaining the process to us and even answered my question about one of the shots at 9 pm!!!
It worked!!! We could not be happier.

Everything was no big deal to this doctor. He was more focused on pushing IUI and IVF than helping us.

Dr. Ripps and his staff in Pensacola, FL were great. But we spent most of our time during our IVF cycle with his amazing staff out of Panama City, FL and they have become a part of our family. Terri, Dony, and Rachel (the ladies who run the Panama City, FL office are great. Always available even after hours and are so supportive through out the entire process and even after we completed our successful cycle, expecting our first child September 2015. So excited and grateful.
