This dentist isn't very competent. After seeing him for about 10 years (the whole family) we're through. He has a TERRIBLE chairside manner. His assistants change monthly and are extremely inexperienced. (I think he uses students for free to save money) Anyway, two crowns out of the last four he put on me, had problems and had to be replaced. The last time he used novacaine, he jammed the needle in so hard I felt like I had been socked in the jaw for three days. Even when I spoke out in pain, he didn't say a word, like he had earplugs in or something. This guy seemed ok, but there have been too many incidences. Since we decided to switch dentists, my kids are only now telling me that his "assistants" screwed up on sealants (which had to be picked off three times)before he did them himself. (Could that be because they are students???) Don't go to this guy, not very personable at all.
