I take my 89yr old Mom to see Dr Tan & while being an attentive patient doctor. We often have to wait more than an hour beyond our scheduled appointment time. I'm not sure such bad punctuality is worth the care received.

I find that Dr Tan takes time to hear what I am complaining about.

I had two seperate appoints and both times waited 30-45 minutes in the lobby until I was seen. And then waited another 20 minutes in the Examination Room. However, the staff is really friendly.

I find that Dr Tan takes her time listening to patients/ My dealings with her have been superior - a far cry from some of my previous doctors.
