Dr. Webster is helpful, courteous, has a sense of humor, knowledgeable and frank.
He is, in my opinion, one of the best doctors I’ve been acquainted with in my 67 years.

They aren’t together on re-fills there late and pharmacy has to tell me there wrong

Did not listen to my problem. Showed little interest. Poor bedside manor. Did not call in prescription to pharmacy in a timely manner.

Very bad service. I'm an Army Vet awaiting for a refill order that was not sign by him and returned to be sign on Nov 2017. They will not return call or provide status on refills unless you go waste two hours and $100. When I'm on a very expensive medicine and being part of an assistance program without his signature I will have to pay full price. I have visit the office twice and they promised to look at it but nothing in two months. Looking for another doctor was my only option n pay full price.

He is practicing Medicare fraud they will charge you just for speaking and when you come in for an appointment that you scheduled they want you to make another appointment to come back for the same thing you just went in for so they can charge you and will not give you test results unless you come in even if there's nothing wrong so they can charge your insurance

The doctor seems to be pleasant and caring, it is only superficial.. the medical care is ridiculous.. the nurses do the majority of the work and he tries to look impressive.. does not follow up on any treatment and trying to get any information on test completed is a joke.. don't expect simple prescription to be renewed such as allergy or blood pressure or vitamins.. his practice is a farce.. his interest is in weight loss meds that he sells.. unless you are overweight don't use him for a medical condition.. he truly is a poor excuse of a Doctor. Staff also needs to be retrained in helping with simple office skills. Very long wait time being seen. Rude staff..Ignorance abounds.

Dr. Webster has been my physician for going on 4 years. He has been very attentive to my needs, particularly with respect to scheduling appointments for me. He also pays attentions to screening guidelines that I personally wouldn't have knowledge of and ensures that I am following these appropriate guidelines. I have a demanding schedule and while they cannot always fit me in on early notice they try very hard. The office staff is congenial and are pleasant to speak to on the phone when I have a question. I have occasionally gotten a hurried/unpleasant person but that certainly isn't the rule there. I suspect those attitudes are filtered out. Overall, I am very happy with the care I have gotten from Dr. Webster and his staff has been generally pleasant.
