He is a very good no nononsence doctor. He just did my gallbladder surgery and I am recovering just fine. Thanks Dr. Byrne.

Dr. Byrne is arrogant, does not properly inform his patients and ensure they understand, and will angrily leave an in hospital procedure... leaving a patient completely confused and upset. I think it is time for him to retire.

I just got back from an appointment with Dr. Byrne. My family doctor referred me to him after she had to lance a pilonidal cyst. My family doctor said that he could possibly do a preventative surgery so that the cyst/abcess would not come back. At the appointment, he didn't seem as though he had time for me at all. He was much to busy for me and only made eye contact one time. He then told me that one flare-up was not really reason for surgery. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to be sliced up, but I do NOT want the abcess coming back again as it was very very painful. He wants me to come back next week. Sorry.. not going to waste my time or $ from my paycheque by going back to him. If I have another flare-up, I will definitely be requesting another surgeon.

Dr Byrne was very helpful and respectful to my 82 year old mother. We were early for our appointment and he took us in. Recovery time after surgery was very short. Several times he confirmed what she was in for before starting. She was happy with that.

Very rude. Had a student with him. Was on a power trip. Yells at nurse's. (Nurse's very nice by the way)after done with me left the room and didn't say a word. I was recommed to him because he has a shorter waiting period. I wonder why? It must be his bed side manners. He should go back to school to learn some.

My experience with Dr. Byrne is that he is not very thorough and does not prepare for appointments. He always has to go back over the history.

I went in for one issue and was treated for another. Had it not been for the nursing staff and their persistence I would have died. Would never recommend anyone ever see him. I know may people who would rather not have surgery than have to see him

Amazing and I owe my life to him. He saved my life not once but two times and has had more compassion and knowledge and understanding for me and my situation. One day soon after his insisting I lose weight he will be doing a reversal surgery for me and I trust him with the life he gave back to me. Thank You is not enough to say to this man.
