I've been a patient for several years. Once you get in front of one, the doc, the pa and np are great. Its hard to make an appointment and you have to leave a message and wait for a return call. When I ask for end or start of day, they send a text for 1pm and I had to cancel that and start over. Even when appointments are set, it took 60-90 minutes minumum for a doctor to appear. I had the same experience at every appointment, including those for my 2 sons. Same experience with in-person and teledoc appointments. Maybe other patients have a greater need, but not canceling an appointment when they know they can't make it anywhere close to on time is rude. When I recently had car trouble and called to cancel the morning of an appointment, they billed me $50 for missing the appointment. At the subsequent appointment, the doctor wasn't in the building 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Very frustrated that I have to change doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lynch for almost 25 years. Sometimes there is a wait, but I know he will take the time with me to when I get in the room. He delivered all of our children and they are now patients.

I had recently gone to dr. Lynch's office to get a follow up check up as I was told to do a few months back recently. So this past time going a few weeks ago I went in for the morning calls 8-10 am that they offer. When I finally got called back, the assistant took my weight and so forth, introduced herself to me and was very personable. Then she had me go into one of the rooms to get followed up by the actual doctor that was going to see me. As I recal the doctors name was Heidi, after me looking I her name tag as she didn't introduce me to her. As I was talking to her she was extremely rude, and condensending. She talked to me like I knew nothing, and said she wouldn't do anything to help me out with my issue with anxiety. I previously a few months back came in and saw another doctor who was very personable and friendly, talked things threw with me and tried giving me the best options I had to offer and what she could offer. Now this last time around, as speaking to the doctor Heidi, she had told me that I had a drug problem, to talk to a physiatrist about what was going on be issue she was just a doctor and was extremely rude and talked to me like I was a idiot. When first off from the previous doctor, I was told to come in a few months later to se how my new medication was working. Just a check up. So when I did, I told Heidi thy it was not helping my anxiety issues. When she tried to look in the computer they have in the rooms, she couldn't figure out how to use the computer so she had the assistant come in and show her how to look up my information. Never again in the 10 plus years going to this office will I ever go back and now am searching for a new doctors office who will actually help, and not tell me I have a drug problem and that I couldn't talk to her because she didn't care. Very poor staff here. And will not be recommended to anyone I know to come here as long as they have Heidi working their. As you would expect, you go to see a doctor to get help, not knocked down and talked to like ur a dog and disrespected. I'll never step foot in this office ever again now thanks to this doctor they have working their at that office.

I have been going to this practice for a few years now. The staff is competent and caring. I find it easy to get in last minute and to have consistent care. I appreciate that each visit, Dr. Lynch follows up on past issues. It's frustrating when my appt runs late because their schedule is off. But when I was the person who needed the extra time, I was grateful that he took time with each patient on serious matters and now feel more empathetic. I find the PA's in the practice are very competent and often book with her when my time is more crunched.

The man has poor recall. He works to hard at being a professional. My kids cant stand him. I never trusted his judgment. I only used him for necessary scripts. Thank God I know my body so well. If I left it in his hands I would be a wreck. Plus he is a gossiper

I never in my life want to see this man again! He is extremely condescending, rude and unprofessional. I am a 25 year old woman, I used to see Dr. Lynch during my teens. I have never felt safe in his presence. He also yelled at me at the age of 17 because I did not know what a pap test was. His demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and it always seemed to be more of an interest to him if I have had this test done rather than help me with what I had gone in to see him for. When I finally told him I would see my family gyno where I felt more comfortable, he lied to me when he said the only reason I would need to see a gyno is when I am pregnant. When I did go to his office for the test I told him I did not feel safe with him or his staff and that I did in fact want to see my family gyno. He basically did not respect my request and had a nurse on his staff as well as my boyfriend at time hold me down on the table while he preformed the test.
