Very personable and knowledgeable. During any visit he has shown extreme care in how I am doing and any referral is completed promptly. Great staff.

I had 2 experiences with Dr. Borts to do with my ongoing heart problems and he always suggested I should have a stress test instead of an angiogram and I always wondered why. Angiograms are done in the hospital and the dear doctor doesn't get a fee payment. A stress test is done by him in his new offices using his newly installed exercise treadmill machine. So he
will always tell you to have a stress test done, which are very unreliable, instead of an angiogram.

My first visit with Dr. D. Borts and I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very comfortabel with him, he explained and answered any questions my husband and I had. My check in with the receptionist was quick and easy and my appointment was on time! I would go back to Dr. Borts! Thank You Dr. Borts!!

The office seemed disorganized - Dr. Borts was arrogant. He seemed bored, maybe he needs to do something else. I would not recommend him.

Secretaries need to be replaced. Inefficient, don't return calls, chatty in front of patients about their personal issues. Doctor was late, seemed uninterested. He got upset when I asked too many questions.

Pompous and arrogant - does not like it if you disagree or question his opinion. Disorganized office, overall a poor experience.

Have been seeing Dr Borts for three years since I moved to Brampton. He is personable, approachable and thorough. Since he has moved to the new office I find the support staff really easy to talk to and very helpful.

The administration staff in both the Bolton and Brampton offices are totally unprofessional and a very poor reflection of Dr. Borts. Too bad he seems like a nice doctor but these completely ridiculous encounters booking appointments and getting my files up to date and ORGANIZED was impossible and made me distrust my care. Items in my file were lost no communication between offices. The technician was also very unprofessional. I will be switching doctors.

Exemplary care and professionalism. The entire staff were courteous. Appointments were prompt. He took the time to explain the situation to me in a way I could understand it, and he didn't talk down to me.
