Dr. Madrid is the BEST Dr. my family has ever gone to. We love him like family and thats how he makes us feel. I have 3 daughters and he has helped me all the way. One of the best people in his office is Peter. We can ALWAYS count on Peter!!! Thanks Paxlumena

Dr Madrid is awesome and most of his supprort staff are as well. Even the wait time to see him has gotten a lot better.

Dr. Madrid has been very knowledgable and helpful. My problem has come when calling for help after hours. I have called 4 or 5 times for various reasons over the past few years. The first couple of times I didn't get a return call. When I asked them about it they told me they had a problem they were trying to fix. However it kept happening and the kicker was the last time I called. I left a message with their answering service and was told he would call me within 15 minutes. I called back a hour later and the answering service told me that he was picking and choosing who he calls back. I guess the reason she paged him with wasn't enough to warent a return call. How could he know from a page how important/dire a situation is?

I have taken my son to Dr. Madrid since he was born - 13 years ago. His practice is wonderful; he is a terrific doctor; his wife used to be his nurse and that was a hoot. All the office people are terrific too and I'm so glad we found him. Even my son still likes going to see him - even after he had to get those nasty 'shots' for school :)

Dr. Madrid and his colleague, Dr. Curvan, are great. They take time to listen to you and make sure you have adequate information before you leave the office. All phone calls are returned that day. They never make you feel like an overprotective parent when bringing in your child. The only two complaints I have is sometimes Dr. Madrid can overdramatize a possible problem, but that is because he takes everything you tell him seriously. The other complaint is that I have waited 45 minutes a few times, which is no easy task with a toddler. I guess good things come to those who wait!

Dr. Madrid and his staff are wonderful and caring for my children. His staff is incredibly helpful. My children love going to see him or his PA.

We have brought our two kids to Dr. Madrid since they were 2 and 4 years old. Now our kids are 14 and 16 and I dread leaving Dr. Madrid's pediatric care to look for another doctor for them.
