I was neighbor to his man. His son (whose actions were witnessed by me) caused over $800.00 to my home in breaking a sliding patio door window, a picture window, and a third window by batting stones against my house. When police were called Kerlin admitted his son did the damage and would said he would make good on the damages but subsequently refused any payment or remediation of the situation. This man is a disgrace to his profession, his race. It shows what kind of human being he is.
