Dr. Ekadi has been my doctor for over 13 years and I love her.

I really liked this dr but her office staff and back room assistants were the worst of the worst. I was charged for treatment I didn't receive and my for one visit the bill was over $600 - my portion. Couldn't get anyone to talk with me about it by phone so on my 2nd visit I tried to ask my questions while waiting for Dr to appear. I was told I had to make a sizable payment on the acct and I asked that my bill be reviewed before I made a payment.I was left waiting for 45 minutes when nurse came back and told me that the Dr was unavailable unless I made a payment. I'd waited 3 months for the appt., wasted an hour and a half waiting to see the Dr, could not get a single answer to my billing issues and now was being sent home. While I arrived with a good attitude speaking politely to the staff etc., I left with anger and a vow to never go back. I ended up having to call Medicare for them to investigate. A good doctor can be truly damaged by a bad staff! Surely the Dr knows this.

I was very disappointed in Dr. Ekadi and her staff. The staff in incompetent and not very friendly. The wait time is terrible. Once you get called back to a room you end up waiting even longer than you do in the waiting room. I was sent to have an x-ray and never heard from Dr. Ekadi, instead I heard from the hospital wanting to schedule me for a CT scan. I asked why and they told me Dr. Ekadi ordered it because they found a spot on my lung. I was shocked so I called her office and one of her staff told me that was correct. She told me that she was not sure where the spot was on my lung or which one but it was 6 centimeters. I never heard from Dr. Ekadi after the test so I went to her office and requested a copy of the results and come to find out it was 6 millimeters not centimeters. This is a big difference and her staff put me through a lot of anguish and worry. I would not recommend going to Dr. Ekadi.

Terrible, I got tests done and even afer a month I still had no results from it. I heard nothing from no one. I called up there several times and no response from anyone. They have a problem with answering their phones. I got nothing in the mail but the bill. Pitiful. I don't recommend anyone go to her.

The office manager calls me to start training. I go in after spending $65 on scrubs I needed for this job the office manager had me waiting 1.5 hours to send me home and tells me that she will call me back for in the evening to see about me starting 4 days past I yet to hear back so I called to follow up and the office manager tells me she has to get with the office manager hello you are the office manager. They turned me away because I am plus size. That was the most horrible experience I had ever had. Now I know why talk told me there is a huge turnover talk don't know how to treat people

I have been a patient of Dr. Ekadi's since 2004. I have a very complicated medical history and I needed a doctor that would take the time to learn everything about my history and work with me to manage my health. Dr. Ekadi's staff does turnover often but that is because she is constantly seeking perfection in the way her office opperates. I have NEVER received incorrect information as another person posted. I've only had 2 appointments resecheduled by her office in 8 years. Sure you wait to see the doctor, show me an office that you don't and I'll show you a doctor that does not take the extra time some of her patients need. In short, I think she is the best doctor I have EVER had and I plan to keep her as my PCP for as long as possible!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE!! Not even to my worst enemy. This doctor performs procedures for all new patients that is totally unnecessary. And then performs same test every 3 or 6 months. She always reschedules patients appointments. This doctor office can NEVER keep her employees. Everytime I would see her there were always new workers. And they can NEVER do their job right.

As a registered nurse involved in quality improvement for many years, I can attest to the fact that her practice of medicine is thorough and appropriate. She considers the total patient, is very concerned and considerate. I never mind waiting since I know she is giving all her patients the same quality care.

Dr. Ekadi is knowledgeable, polite and will do her best to assist you, but her staff is not adequate in assisting her patients.
