Dr. Gagliardi is excellent in the way he conducts my eye exams every time I go for my checkups. He is focused and ensures he does everything in a timely manner with a high quality. His staff are always a pleasure and ensure I have everything I need going forward (i.e. making sure my contacts are up to date, offered me a package deal for frames and lenses). They were very understanding in what I was looking for and took their time in ensuring I got what I needed.

Good luck trying to be seen by him. His staff is rude and all they care about after the visit is gauging you by being forceful in their showroom to make a purchase. We have changed to a new doctor because of the anxiety caused each time we need to deal with their office.

Wonderful doctor, patient, attentive, thorough, compassionate. Great sense of humor. His staff are professional, and always accommodating.
Vast selection of frames, with plenty of assistance and suggestions from Cristina and her team.
Recently, a bug flew into my eye, resulting in a large blood mark on its surface. It happened in early evening, so office was closed. Next day was Canada Day so all closed. I sent message via website, and got a response from Dr. Gagliardi himself reassuring me I would be seen first thing July 2nd. So grateful for the care provided over the many years I’ve been a patient here.

Dr. Gagliardi is one of the best, best optometrist's around. What a kind, honest and very well informed doctor he is. He has helped me with visual issues and I cannot say enough of just how great, this man is. He explains in detail the procedures and outcomes. I highly recommend him and his staff are amazing. They too are very well informed, friendly and extremely professional. You guys ROCK!!!

Dr. Gagliardi offers a wide variety of eyeglasses as well as sunglasses, all at an excellent price! He has a very friendly staff and they are all very willing to help!
