Dr Levin is the best dentist in Maryland. His patience and sense of humor is amazing. He has taken care of our children for years and our kids actually get excited when we tell them it's time to go to the dentist. If you live anywhere in Maryland find Dr Levin and make him your dentist.

Dr Levin has no patience or compassion for children. His bedside manners are deplorable. My 5 year old son was anxious about yet another procedure that Dr Levin was so quick to perform. He was nervous of the numbing medicine, but instead of Dr Levin (or his staff) to take an extra 2 minutes to explain why they were using the topical numbing gel...he and his assistant pinned him down and put the needle straight into the roof of his mouth!!Of course, my 5 year old scared son was now screaming and crying as he was being held down and having a needle inserted into his mouth without the numbing gel.Dr Levin then began to yell and him repeatedly "stop crying". He is a pediatric dentist, my son was certainly not the first or last scared crying child. He has no compassion for children and we have now left the practice. NOTE: pay attention to insurance statments, they send the wrong billing codes constantly, causing me to pay much more out of pocket.

This pediatric dentist asked me to remain in the waiting room on my four-year-old's second visit to his office. When I heard repeated screaming, I peeked around the corner to find this man within six inches of my child's face, threatening her to "stop crying" and "shut up" or it would "only get worse" for her. When I asked him what he was doing, he told me he was trying to "calm her down." I ripped my child's photo off of the wall and walked out of the office, and went home to report him to the local dental board for unprofessionalism. He is NOT a person who enjoys being around children.

I dont like him at all. He rushes through your child's dental care. He's made snide remarks to me about how my 3 yr old was crying in the chair, well yes.. it was her first time ever , hello ? Last straw was telling my my son needed to have crowns applied in the hospital under general anesthesia. The day finally comes, he comes into the waiting room and said "meh, I just gave him regular fillings." (?) WHAT ?? All this for fillings??? Instead of a couple of $40 fillings, we were presented with a $1500.00 total hospitalization bill. He's no longer our childrens' dentist. AVOID !
