This was in person and in office. Staff is rude and unprofessional! They made me wait for 3 1/2 hours so I finally walked out. Then they had the audacity to send me a bill! 😂 uh no! I fought that. Then they send me a bill from 2 years prior? I ignored it and they sent it to collections! DISGUSTING FOUL UNPROFESSIONAL! RUN!! Don’t walk RUN to another doctor!!

Dr Almassi office is out of control I sometimes wonder who is in charge. I have driven in bumper to bumper traffic for 45min to see her and get there to find out my appointment was cancelled. Wrong medication provided and my pharmacy caught the mistake. She seems to be only interested in her pregnant patients. All others get treated like we are in a 3rd world country. i was sent to have ultra-sounds it seems like every time i went to see her for an on-going illness and she didn't even help with the problems I was having and then she recommended surgery that she avoided and when another doctor cancelled it she was offended and decided not to treat me any longer by having her front office tell me I had to pay before coming into the office (an issue that never seemed to be a problem before) Only after, she was questioned by another doctor about why I was having the surgery and his concerns regarding my breathing because she knows she was doing unseemly things. what happened to good doctors who believe in the oath they took it seems to be all about the money with this doctor and I felt discriminated against by the way I was treated each time I was in that office.
! I would wait for sometimes an hour before being seen.

Could not have asked for better care during both my pregnancies. Dr. Almassi is so kind and knowledgeable. I have recommended her to a close friend who also had a very positive experience with her.

Although the office could use some management, Dr. Almassi is caring, knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. She delivered my first and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health or that of my unborn second.

Dr. almassi is a good doctor when you can get in to see her. My last appointment was cancelled by the office three (3) times in a row before I could finally get in. They kept rescheduling me because Dr. Almassi kept getting called for surgeries. Not her fault but after THREE times, you would think that the office could expedite a quicker appt and get me in after being put off three times.

IM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PPL HAVE HAD WITH DR ALMASSI.. I HAVE HAD THE BEST CARE WITH HER. SHE TAKES HER TIME AND IS ALWAYS CONCERNED ON HOW I FEEL. SHE WAS MY OB DURING MY FIRST PREGNANCY AND NOW EXPECTING MY SECOND SHES EVEN BETTER.

Best doctor that I have ever had. She always takes the time to explain things to me and is very caring and considerate. I have sent many friends and family members to Dr. Almassi and they feel the same way.

Dr. Almassi performed extensive surgery on me 2 yrs. ago. She knew I was very apprehensive about the procedures, yet without warning she left town the day after my surgery and I didn't get to see her or talk to her again for 3 weeks! Before surgery, I had a second opinion which had brought up a concern about her procedure. She assured me that she was addressing the problem thoroughly. A year after surgery, the procedure failed, mostly because of the very issue I had been trying to point out to her. The entire surgery experience,start to finish, was a nightmare and now I have to start over, with another doctor of course. I could go on and on about the frustrations I've experienced with Dr. Almassi and her office. The office has been very unprofessional with mixed up records, messages, appointments, intructions, etc. There are always several patient's urine samples setting in the restroom during my visits. Although, Dr. Almassi is a nice woman, her practice is out of control.

My Ob/Gyn group practice had 4 Dr's. Dr.Almassi(not my Dr) was the one working that night and delivered my 2nd child(2004). She was impatient and not very caring. She did not discuss options with me - Felt like i was in a third world country where the dr takes an authoritative role(over the uneducated masses).I certainly felt helpless. Wouldn't recomend her. Dr.Kimberley Fillmore,who delivered my first child (also not my Dr, but was working the day i delivered)was wonderful !Both my deliveries, were handled by doctors i had not seen regularly during my pregnancy (just met them a couple times in the office). Loved Dr.Fillmore, hated Dr.Almassi.
