Dr. Jovkar is awesome. I had eye exam with Dr. Jovkar. I had some vague eye issues. By listening carefully, and by doing a thorough exam, Dr. Jovkar diagnosed my problem exactly and immediately. THe eye problem indicated to him that I had a serious blood vessel and heart problem. He referred me immediatley to a cardiologist. I then had a heart surgery that saved my life. I am grateful to him. He is a great doctor, caring, smart, and knowledgable.

Dr Jovkar neuro-opthomologist came highly referred from our eye doctor. We showed up on time and when he saw my daughter he refused to see her. He said that I told you last year that I will not see you. The man was rude and nasty. He had no reason for not seeing my daughter. He just told us to leave.
