Dr Uy is an exceptional doctor, staff, willing to assist, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate care, I couldn't ask for more. I research my specialists well prior to first visit and realize the best-of-the best are very busy this patience is a virtue to receive the best care. I feel Dr Uy and his staff are most respectful, helpful, and concerned about the patients despite the volume of care they are responsible to assist strongly recommend them.

This office has the WORST staff ever!!! They over book patients, so expect to be sitting for long hours. Also, make sure you can predict the future, because if an unforseen catastrophic event happens and you don't make the appt. they will sure charge you a NO SHOW fee. No Excuses!! They have no compassion for patients. If you die, your family will receive a NO Show Fee in the mail. Money hungry!!

I went to Dr. Uy for over a year and was pleased. Another patient had a meltdown in his waiting room at my final visit and was yelling at his staff. Dr. Uy was frazzled when he came into my room and said, "No drama! I don't like drama! I like boring. Now don't grow anything before you come back." (I have a history of thyroid cancer). He must have thought I was the person causing the chaos. I was crushed and never went back.

Very caring. Takes time to listen and find best way to improve problems. Very resource full and has big heart towards the patient to improve their health. I pray God to give him good health and long life So he can touch many life’s. He is a treasure indeed.

Dr. Uy is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He spends time explaining results and addressing concerns. BUT the staff in this office is terrible! They do not return calls for days, they DO NOT take their phones off of their after hours answering service for as much as 10-15 mins AFTER 8:00am. I spend, at minimum 30 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to staff in the front office and/or nurse assistants. I usually am forced to leave a message for a call back, that does not come for days. Lab orders were not sent in, or had been deleted. I honestly love Dr. Uy, but after so many issues with his staffs incompetence, I will sadly need to find another doctor.

Dr. Harry took his time to diligently explain absolutely everything. He went into extreme detail with us making sure we knew what was the problem and how we were going to fix it. Absolutely loved our visit. Completely would recommend to someone!

I've been a patient of Dr. Uy since he started practice with Becker & Assoc. I believe it to be 15 yrs now. Dr. Uy is one of the best Dr's i have ever seen...ever! He is thorough, takes his time in explaining things and yes will draw a picture if uou need him too. I never feel rushed or leave with any questions. Dr. Uy personally calls after every appointment when my labs were drawn to go over results with me. Excellent Dr and excellent bedside manner!
