Always helpful caring and understanding. He saved my grandmother's life many times. Sure he is always late but he service is always impeccable.

Dr.Lele is very caring, compassionate and committed to his patients. He listens to you and remembers much of your medical background...amazing...he has a wonderful cute bedside manner and demonstrates a cute funny sense of humor. Always available for me via phone or office visit night or day. Wonderful and usually correct in his diagnosis but admits and apologizes if he has made a mistake which is rare...best doctor ever!

Dr. Lele did not take the time to find out that I was allergic to pencillin and prescribed 1000 mg daily for me when I left the hospital. Two months later I'm still having side effects... Major leg cramps and rash so bad, I wanted to rip my skin off. He prescribed lotion, that my primary Dr. Said was not something I should us. He prescribed 4 RX for me including sleeping pill. The hospital nor the dr. Asked for a list off meds I was allergic to. I was unable to tell them when I arrived,because of a blood infection and was not coherent. No band on my wrist to alert the staff of allergies to aspirin, penicillin or cloves in dentistry. I feel the hospital and Dr. Lele are lacking in Ability and knowledge to run a hospital and do not put the patient first. The staff is good. Dr. Lele and the hospital should quite or get more training. Sally A. Deutschp

Worst. Doctor. Ever. He does not listen to anything you have to say. Ever. He's a crock.

I am a female and after being asked to tell him about my problem after only 2 sentences he asked me to stand up then proceeded to lift up my shirt, he unbuttoned and unzipped my pants and pulled them down part way then put his hands in my pants and felt around(dont get me wrong he didnt grope me or anything but I should have been asked before he just did that)he then physically turned me around, he didnt ask he just turned me, he listened to my heart for 3 seconds then walked out of the room to read my hospital notes while I was still talking. Didnt notice till he turned me around that while all this was going on my door was half way open. I felt like a piece of meat on a conveyor belt. I saw this Dr several years ago and had a totally different experience but based on this one I will absolutely never go back.

Without going into specific details, 3 visits with the doctor left me with the following complaints. 1) Lack of communication: I was not told how/where/when to get blood drawn 2) Empathy: Doctor spent nearly no time with me and made me feel rushed on all visits 3) Lack of communication: I was referred to specialists without being told why or what was wrong with me. I will be finding another doctor who is willing to take the time to communicate with me and ensure I understand the situation before leaving the room.

he has been my doctor since 2006. he is very caring for his patients, this is a rare quality of todays doctors. he has cared for me thru the 9 times i have been in the hospital. i highly recommend him to be your doctor.
