This doctor was a second opinion doctor to diagnose continued back pain after a spinal fusion. He spent around 15 minutes for a consult and said he believes pain is from disc above surgical site. He ordered a Discogram (performed by the hospital) which was read wrong. wherein it strangely confirmed his diagnosis as disc above.
Worse part is that we waited so long for a surgical appointment and then on day of surgery, was told, only after asking, if the surgery was approved. Guess what it was not fully approved.

Was told that he would do a peer to peer review with insurance company. Apparently, he did that few days before and it still denied. His office indicated that they would do a second appeal wherein they would have insurance company surgeon review the case. After 3 weeks, the insurance company actually called the office and informed that they haven't had time to set it up even after telling us that the did , this was all on video recording. The office is run worse than any I have ever expected. They could care less. After the "day of surgery" and continued phone calls expressing our issues, the DOCTOR STILL NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO CALL US, he doesn't give a darn about anything. After my frustration, the office claimed that the doctor would perform both surgeries and not charge insurance. I am supposed to trust that after the numerous lies from the office and the disrespect of not getting phone call at all. No thank you, do not waste 3 months to be very disappointed.
We now have another surgeon who is TOTAL opposite of Dr. Nosko and his office. Surgery is scheduled in 2 weeks, just one week after initial visit and testing, insurance approval. Did I mention the new surgeon spent 2 hours in a face to face consult?

I just went to see Nosko who was one of the tidiest doctors I have met. He doesn’t have any sort of bedside manners. He walked in without even saying hi and starts off with “heard the sad story”. After that he pretty much told me he could do anything and walked out in 2 mins. I would stay away from this doctor and go to someone that actually cares and wants to help.

He is terrible period.
Rude, obnoxious, uncaring, etc.
I traveled over an hour and a half each way to see him and he spent under 1 minute with me.
He comes across as a liar and a jerk. And i didn't even need a minute to figure that out!
STAY AWAY FROM HIM!

Dr Nosko is a wonderful Neurosurgeon. He was a step ahead of any possible complications that could occur after the brain surgery I had. He saved my life several times by his skill and knowledge of complexities. He is not "warm and fuzzy" but he is someone I trust my life with. My children will now be seeing him as
well. I wish his office was more accessible by phone, but this is the hospital issue and not his.

I am still suffering after surgery performed by Dr. Nosko, he was rude, no bedside manner, and didn't seem to care. When calling for appointments the women who schedules was so rude. I relied on this Dr. and he let me down!

I waited almost 8 weeks for an appointment with this Dr. Nosko, all the time I have been in terrible pain in my lower back and left leg, 6 weeks of no bed rest at all, can not walk...explained this to the person taking my call and it was oh well you have to wait... I did so, today after driving an hour for my appointment today at noon, while in the parking garage trying to find a parking space, I get a call from the Drs. office, telling me my appointment has been canceled, the Dr. has a emergency, I will have to be rescheduled...She says the next available appointment was Feb 11, 2016 another five weeks away. I told this woman that this was very unfair to make me wait another five weeks on top of what I have been waiting.. she said basically
oh well.... Is this what I am waiting for a Drs office that could care less about patients problems....I know that Drs. think they are the Gods, but come on what happened to the patients needs....

I recently went back to him for a second consult since having increased nerve symptoms after a lumbar fusion. Dr. Nosko spent a whole two minutes with me. Before he came in my complaints were reviewed with a student physician. Either the student got it all wrong or Dr. Nosko did?
In his report he stated I came with minimal complaints and that I stated someone told me I have foot drop! Ugh thank god that is not true!! lol He made several references in his report that I found strange like perhaps he mixed me up with another patient.
I plan to call his office and discuss this because this becomes part of your electronic medical record and its not right! I feel he has become to busy and over whelmed with the office setting so I would not return to him for this reason.

He is a total Liar and is rude -- Waited 2 hrs for a 2 min consult -- Said he read my MRI and I have hardware in my Neck which I don't -- HE NEVER LOOKED AT MY MRI -- Do I need to go on

I was looking for good surgeon, and Dr Nosko was my suregy was august 2014.I'm doing very well pain gone, post op pain 2 days.Thanks Dr Nosko I have my arm back.
