Tried to do braces on our daughter, turned out he is NOT an orthodontist. Had to have her braces put back on and pay again out of pocket for his mess. His office manager has the worst breath I have ever smelled (Cheryl?). Then we would run up against his extremely rude front desk girls. I just hope this helps someone avoid the same catastrophe.

Dr. Berger said he is a pediatric dentist, however we had a horrible experience with him and our 3 year old daughter. When we took her there for an injury, he was very insensitve to the fact that she was scared and in pain. He could hear her cries long b/f he entered the examing room and he came in the room with his goggles, mask, etc. on scaring her even more. As I was holding her for the exam she would not open her mouth for him, continuing to cry. At this point he said, "Are you going to open your mouth or am I going to have to open it for you?" This of course made her more afraid. My husband called him later to find out how we should treat her injury since he didn 't mention anything about how to treat her injury/mouth after the exam. I was so upset about the incident, I failed to ask. When my husband spoke to the dentist later that day he expressed his concern of how upset our whole family was with this experience. His comment was, "Go find another dentist!" We all did!!
