Paid over $300 for a permanent retainer that was put in twice and still fell out the day after getting it put in.

Very competent dentist and very friendly staff .My kids and I were impress with all the precaution in place for covid . I felt very secure in their office.

I was very impressed with the service and care they had offers me in times I need for my 5 years old, today I went my first visite here DR Michel and stuff are wonderful especially the lady who are assistant the Dr, thanks so much from the mother w uniform walk in

I have seen Dr. Roberge for many years and never experienced any issues with him until all 4 of my wisdom teeth began to erupt and caused me tremendous pain. He assured me they were fine and did not need to be removed. I had asked again because they were bothering me and he finally agreed to refer me to an oral surgeon but it's now a year later and still nothing. My wisdom teeth have been causing me excruciating pain and I am now going to see another dentist.

Have always been happy with service from the receptionists to the hygenists, to Dr. Roberge himself. The only issue I had was a billing one. The non-insured amount of my family's visit was $23. We neglected to pay this on time and within a year had to pay $56. That is a rate of interest of 100%!! Obviously there is fault on my side no paying the bill in a timely manner, but 100% because I had a $23 bill outstanding for about 6 months? I can't reward that type of business practise so my family has gone elsewhere. I mean, it's not like they don't already charge an inflated amount when they know it's an insurance job.

Due to the many problems I have had with my teeth and the fact that we are a low income family and don't have any dental insurance or even coverage with any government agency, Roberge has been very good about fixing any problems both my family and I have had, as well as not over charging us. Both him and his staff are very courteous, helpful and also very considerate. I couldn't ask for a better dentist than him. Thank you for being that way. I have been to many dentist's and for me Roberge tops the list.
