Worst doctor we have ever seen. Would not listen to our concerns and walked out on our child’s care. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had.

Dr. Welle may never be on time - but I plan around that b/c I know that he isnt on time. He is excellent at getting us in when we need to be seen so I have no qualms about waiting. He is very knowledgeable and pleasent. Always takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure you understand. You never leaving wondering what is going on. Also when he heard my daughter was in the hospital after having her toncils/andoids out, he stopped in before rounds. He cares about the children! He sees both of my children and they both love him!
