I was given a new med tgat interacted badly with my old meds n was seent to icu with stroke like symptoms because of it. N dr knew what he did n forced me to sign a waver release to cover his mistake without me knowing at the time why.

Dr.cook was told not to see a new patient base on dr.beer influence .the patient waited one hour and 45 minutes on dr.beer to show up , for the patient. I believe dr.cook should be opened minded to patients needs , not listening to dr.'s .now the patient is not receiving medical help .thanks for nothing Jacqueline

I was in constant pain. The staff was unsupportive and did not care about me.
