Horribly run medical facility. Not up to date with medical software, terrible customer service from support staff. You won't get through to Dr. Lamm. You will be told to make additional unnecessary appointments. It's all about the money. Dr. Lamm's medical fellows are incapable of documenting a correct medical history. Don't try to get your electronic records corrected it will take months, if done at all. As for the doctor himself, he barely touches you, after all, that's why the assisting doctors are there. Oh, be sure not to complain. You will be dropped from his practice. Run far from here as you can get!! They are deceptive in their dealings with patients.

I traveled from California to Florida because Dr. Lamm was the only surgeon I trusted to perform brachymetatarsia surgery. The combination of his expertise and compassion are rare. I am in my mid 60's and working with Dr. Lamm is the best doctor-patient experience I've ever had. His administrative staff, Angela and Jennifer, are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It has been a lifelong dream to have my condition corrected and I am forever grateful to Dr. Lamm for his help.

I was diagnosed with the rear ankle deformity that was causing me to have extreme pain and my foot was extremely distorted I went to three doctors in my area where I live and none of them wanted to touch me because of the severe and extensive surgery I would need but Dr. Lamm do not hesitate to tell me he would be able to give me back my quality of life with no pain. I totally trusted him and had surgery on June 1 base and his awesome recommendation. It’s now the middle of August and my foot looks amazing and I have no more pain just some healing soreness I’m actually doing extremely well and so blessed that I found Dr. Lamm. For once in my life I have a straight foot. thank you Dr. Lamm for giving me back my life with no pain. If you are looking for an orthopedic specialist for the ankle and foot look no further than Dr. Lamm. I promise you you’ll be extremely pleased with his services.

I had been diagnosed with a Charcot right foot by 2 other podiatrist when I found out about Dr. Lamm and the Paley Institution in West Palm Beach Fl which is a two and half hour drive from Naples Fl where I live. Looking back it was the best decision I have ever made to make that drive. Making the appointment with his Angela Edwards (Concierge Practice Coordinator)was as simple as calling and explaining my situation and by the next day had an appointment. When the appointment day arrived I was taken right away for x-rays and a short time later was discussing my situation with Dr. Lamm. He right away pointed out a problem with my foot that had never came up with the previous two doctors. Long story short after one more consultation a plan of action was decided on by Dr. Lamm and myself and I am proud to say the foot was fixed and I am now walking on the foot without any limitations other than what my age imposes on me. The nursing, admin., and support staff from the Mark and Carla that perform all the casting in addition to many other duties these people are really a pleasure to deal with .

Dr. Bradley Lamm is so kind and explains everything. I had bunion surgery and he did a fabulous job. It was much easier than I expected. I would highly recommend him and I'll be going back to him for my other bunion. I have a lot of confidence in him and his staff.

One of the best physicians I have ever dealt with. He took his time with me, listening to my concerns, going thoroughly over my exam/MRI, answered all me questions, and was genuinely concerned about me. I felt like I was Dr. Lamm's priority at that moment, he didn't rush me or seemed rush with my exam. I wish all doctors were like him. Also, I live in Port St. Lucie and it's about an hour drive for me to reach the office, I want to say Dr. Lamm is worth the drive.

Dr Laam is the best doctor ever. He sees patient first before he can see ethnicity, race, color..... He treats his patients equally with care, respect and dignity. He used simple Terms with me to make me understand my problem when he noticed that English wasn’t my primary language. Who do that ???. Only Dr Lamm.

Best decision I made in choosing Dr. Lamm. He was very clear on how he could help me...and he did just that.. He was very kind in his approach and extremely knowledgeable. He reviewed all the options and I felt very comfortable following his plan. His staff was extremely helpful at every step of the way. Dr. Lamm is very informative and explained to me exactly what to expect for my procedure. All follow up visits have been great. He takes the time to answer all my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional, creating a comfortable environment and making me feel at ease.
