Rude!!!! 1st Dr. Jonikas asked me how often I had this trouble then he told me there were no records showing I had been seen for this condition....After I proved to him I have had this trouble for years...he lectured me and never looked at me....When the nurse gave me a script there was also a paper saying I could return to work....I am 76 years old!!!..obviously he never looked at me or he would had known I do not work...I will never return to the Webb City Freeman clinic...I prefer a Dr. who talks to you and ask questions about your health. ...not a Dr. who lectures you, never looks at you, or one who is in a hurry to leave your room even though there are NO other patients.

After 2 previous trips to urgent care, Dr. Jonikas was able to see that I had an infection and prescribe meds that cured my pain in 6 hours that I had for five days!

TERRIBLE.Rude,could care less about you. God like additude,makes the patient feel stupid. Doesn't listen and doesn't seem to like his chosen profession. Time to retire!
