It's a shame, because Dr. Samadi himself was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He isn't overly fluffy, but he doesnt need to be. The issue that overshadows even himself as a doctor is the horrific office staff. I booked an apt. Online via zocdoc to only go into the office and be told that my appointment wasn't in the books bc their system isn't "working with that app." Then why are you listed on there? Seems pretty cut-and-dry right? I then waited for about an hour while my child was home with a babysitter just to be seen by the doctor. I was referred by the doctor to get a CAT scan and was told by his office that I would hear from the hospital within 2 weeks to schedule the appointment once the hospital cleared my insurance. Nearly two weeks later I called the hospital only to find out that they never even received a prescription from the office. Here I am sitting worried about the idea of this test in the first place and these people never even sent a prescription. Good thing I took matters into my own hands and followed up with the hospital otherwise I would still be sitting here waiting to do the CAT scan. I had to go back and forth with their office numerous times in a day to even have them send it over. They never wound up sending it and I had to go to the office to pick it up in order for the hospital to do the test. When I called the following week for results I was told the doctor would call me that day. Needless to say, I am still waiting for that call. It is unfortunate that his staff is so unprofessional and unorganized. From all of the reviews I've read it seems to be a major issue that hopefully he can address in the near future. So very disappointed

Dr.Samadi scares me he seems very dry and too serious to be working with children. The nurses are amazing and friendly both times I have gone. I’m hoping that with his help we find a solution for my child’s constant ear infection and so far in the first visit he was able to pin point the issue. Bedside manners might need some work but so far seems very knowledgeable but I will say I am slightly afraid of him and not looking forward to my next visit if I have to go without my husband

Made an appointment with my son three months ago received a confirmation the day before upon arrival was greeted by a very rude receptionist and office manager which stated that my insurance is no longer being excepted for the past month when they wish they took all the information for my insurance three months ago

Dr. Daniel Samadi was recommended to me by my primary care physician. I had my Tympanoplasty operation done by Dr. Samadi. I was very very happy with the result and my hearing was improved and started to hear much better just after three weeks of my operation. Now I can go swimming without using ear plugs . Staff is very helpful and punctual. Service is great and Dr. Samadi always take time to explain to me all the steps was taken during my visit to the office. Would I recommend Dr. Samadi to my family and friends? DEFINITELY YES. Thank you Dr. Samadi and Staff for giving me my hearing back.

terrible experience, horrible physician with awful bedside manner. All the staff gave attitude and seemed to be bothered by the needs of the patients. We have been patients here but the office seems to be declining, we miss the PA that was here previously, staff told us that she left in June. She had a wonderful bedside manner and was great with our children. We will likely be looking for a new ENT. Someone needs to tell him that pediatrics is not for him, he does not have the patience for children, nor does he seem to enjoy his job. Also, office manager, Rachel, was rude, abrupt and had a skull t-shirt on with a bright pink bra strap hanging out, not the face i would want for my professional office. Sad to say, my family and I will need to move on.
