Doesn't pass on much, I have to ask the questions. He can write to your GP and not tell you and if you don't know you can't ask for a copy (see comments on other rating) I like him though, but he is not an open communicator.

After ten years, I don't seem to get answers to my questions. It would be helpful if patients were copied on letters sent to their GP's. It's hard to take everything in. I find him a nice man, and he listens, but I seem to come away with not having learned anything. He can be very hard to contact whilst working. I feel, because of my very unusual condition he should see me more often than 6 monthly appointments. Generally, it's me working out my medication. He seems bemused at suggestions made by my GP who I have implicit trust in. At least she suggests alternatives to try. I would like a referral to a Surgeon, perhaps, but after all this time, this has not be offered.

Have had no problems with Dr Peverill. He is a quiet man, but competant and knowledgable. Makes sure the right tests are done, and gives results on the next available appointment. Could improve on communication, be a bit more engaging.
