Dr. Lane is a caring and through practitioner. Her office staff is excellent and go above and beyond to give kind care. I think anyone complaining must not have that much experience with doctors and doctors offices. Honestly lucky for them. However, I have had lots of experience and recommend anyone who is looking for a doctor to Dr. Lane. I have lived all over the country and her practice is the best general practitioner practice I have experienced. She has been taking care of me for ten years, and she and her office staff do a great job. Thank you.

She is awful. Refused to see me after I complained about the staff laughing after they mixed my chart with another person with the same name. I was actually sent a letter to find another Dr. . She didn't look up from him computer one time while I was talking to her, she just kept saying "umhum" . Wrote a prescription for an antidepressant and said I should talk to someone...I had joint pain and weight gain, I wasn't depressed. How these other people rate her good is a mystery to me.

Dr lane is one of the best. But the staff could use some improving. Long faces, looking stressed. Phones are horrible trying to get through. They need more help or a new system.

Dr Lane is very good, but it is impossible to make an appointment with her when you actually sick. For the last 3 years I tried, but she didn't have anything for the next 2 month. Staff is rude and not helpful. It's sad situation.

I agree with some of the previous posters, Dr. Lane is the best doctor I've ever had. I absolutely love her, she is patient, kind, knowledgable, and thorough. There is one major problem with her practice though and it's gotten worse over the years...the phone line is always busy!!! I have been trying to reach her office for two days and every time I call the line is busy. This is not an isolated incident, it happens all the time. If this was any other doctor, I'd switch practices, but I love Dr. Lane so much there's no way I could leave over the phone issue. I'll just have to pop into the office this week if I can't ever reach them and make my appointment in person. But if you guys read these reviews, please add another line and hire more staff to answer the phones!

Dr. Lane is competent and capable. Office staff does need to be more conscientious in the follow-up of medical records transferred from other doctors. This was apparent with their new computerized system. The office staff also needs to make clients more conscious of what their insurance company will / will not pay before they leave the office.

I called as a new patient the staff was very rude! My original apt was for a few months from now. The staff called me to reschedule for an earlier apt due to openings now available. So I switched around my entire schedule for the day they had avail and rescheduled for an apt within same wk of that phone call. Staff said "you can print and fill out the new patient forms off the website at home and we will see you at your scheduled time or you can come in a half an hour early to fill them out here." I filled them out at home and showed up for my apt on time (2 mins late; well within the 10 min grace period) and I was turned away. She was already in with another patient! I was sick with the cold/flu, I had received a call of concern for blood work that was done...all of which needed to be spoken about with the doctor that day but I was told "sorry, we will have to reschedule you". I will NOT be rescheduling and I have taken 3 other potential new patients with me.

There is NOT one negative comment I could honestly state re: Dr Lane.In my 55 yrs she is the best PCP I have ever had. I've now been with her for 5 yrs. Being a patient with a multitude of medical problems, Dr Lane has always taken the time to listen. She is humble and encouraging for her patients taking an active role in their treatment. She evens listens to patients suggestions when appropriate. A thousand words are not enough to accurately describe what a valuable asset Dr Lane is the the areas medical community. Thank you Dr. Lane for all you've done for me.

Dr. Lane is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She never makes you feel rushed and always listens to your concerns. Also, she always remember previous conversations -even if they are not medically related! I wish she were a member of my family! lol
