Dr. Hess (an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist) was thorough, personable, professional, and willing to see my husband several times for a potentially serious condition. He is patient, and was willing to answer all of my son's questions about his new contacts, and never acted as though he was rushed. Appointments take awhile, but that seems to be because Dr. Hess is so thorough.
