I went to this office because it is close to my house. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was not helpful at all. I could have went to the CVS minute clinic and received better treatment. After the 2 minutes with the practitioner, she asked if I would like a flu shot and I said yes. Over an hour later, I went to tell them never mind on the flu shot as I needed to get to work. They admitted they completely forgot I was waiting in the examination room. Very unprofessional. Also, I could hear the practitioner outside the exam room being rude to another gentleman and she stated to him "how about I just give you the prescription pad and you can write you own scripts since you seem to know it all". The poor man thought she was serious and said "Really, I didn't know you could do that." Needless to say, I will be looking for another doctor.

I waited and waited and waited and waited. If you have ALOT of spare time then this is the doctor for you if you are like me and have a life and can't wait 2hrs to be seen by a doctor for 3 mins then you should find another doctor I know I am currently looking.

2 weeks ago was my first time to see this doctor and I loved him! the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.Very nice. The doctor was very kind and genuine, made me laugh and gave me helpful tips on how to control my issue along with all the tests.I haven't had a problem since and for that I am grateful. I will be coming back to see Dr. Bestawrous!

The blonde nurse(Manager) at the Keller facility... makes you not want to go back. She seems to be alway negative. If you DO NOT like your Job quit.. you make your patients feel uncomfortable. Love DR G & DR B.

Extremely Rude, disrespectful and combative. Knows nothing about the Veteran's Administration process for caring for Disabled Veterans. Find a VA Dr who specializes in this area.

I have been going to this doctor for about 3 years. for the last year it seems like the doctor is to busy and doesnt want to spend the time with his customers. I have lower back problems and asked him for some pain killers and he refused them to me. he is always telling you to come bck in just for the smallest little things. i dont think he realizes that even with insurance it cost alot for each visit. I am going to try a new doctor out in keller and see how this goes. oh and not to mention this office over charged me one time and didnt refund me til recently which even then they messed up. will have to go back on monday and fix that problem. good riddence.

Dr. Bestawrous has been our physician for over 10 years. He has the highest integrity and care for his patients. Both offices are very clean and his staff is always professional. I highly recommend him.
