Dr Jennifer Payne has the worst assistant/receptionist I have ever come across. I called to see if Dr Payne was accepting new patients and the receptionist rudely answered that she wasn’t nor was there a waiting list. Her demeanour was arrogant and brusque. One of the worst interactions I have had with any medical receptionist in my life.
