Dr. O'cain has been my primary care physician for 15 years. She goes to great lengths to take pepper care of her patients. She was able to determine my medical issue when specialists couldn't. She exhausts every avenue in her patient's care. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

Very sweet and helpful MD when you finally get back to see her. The last 2 times I've had appointments, I waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours and finally left to go to the minor med. it's a shame because Dr. O'Cain is a good MD but the neglect of respect of your appointment time is ridiculous.

AFTER 23 years she has gone downhill with attitude from her minions. Sad that she is surrounded by blithering idiots. She will NOT do Prescription refills over the phone so she can bang your insurance for a visit. She makes LOADS on this. She wants to get rich and retire yesterday. Dr. O'cain You are FIRED.

Dr. O'Cain has been my doctor since 2011. She has a great bedside manner and always putting her patients as her first concern. Out of the many medical doctors that I have visited, she's the only one who took out the time to get to the bottom of my illness.

Dr. O'Cain has been my doctor for about 15 years. She does EVERYTHING she can to help people. She is genuinely concerned about patient's health, and she does not hesitate to answer your questions. Dr. O'Cain is down-to-earth, has a great bedside manner, and will explain test results and the next steps. Dr O'Cain's main nurse is great, but the other staff people act like they could care less. (not the other doctors in the practice, but the CNAs, Medical Assistants, etc.) The phlebotomy staff members are nice too. Dr. O'Cain is the best doctor I have ever been to.

Dr. O'Cain because my family doctor nearly 5 years ago. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. She has never misdiagnosed my condition like other doctors I've seen. Although I have waited close to an hour after my appointment time to see her, it is worth it because I know she will fix what ails me and my family. I highly recommend Dr. O'Cain. She's great.

I have been a patient of Dr.O'Cain for 20 years. I recently needed Rx refills 4 days early since I was leaving on a trip. She denied my refill. When I emailed my appeal to her office, she immediately said they would send my records to another doctor. I was left hanging and had to scramble to find a doctor. She was rude and unconcerned about a long term patient.

I have used Dr. O'Cain for more than 5 years and each experience has been AWESOME. She is very patient and extremely kind. She is a very knowledgeable and overall great doctor.

I have been to see her a few times and each time she is very good. Gives me great advice and makes sure to cover everything I come in for. I would recommend her. But try to get the earliest appointment.
