Outstanding doctor and staff. Everything was explained very thoroughly to me. The doctor decided on a plan of action that I was comfortable with. Unfortunately the surgical center was not in network with my health insurance company. I had to use another doctor and facility. I did like Dr. Francis and believe he would have done a great job fixing my issue.

My 1st appt was in 7 yrs ago end with surgery and impeccable results and this appt the 2nd is with therapy ongoing now truly believe this will be no different from the 1st. Total excellent with Dr Frances and staff. I have recommended him to several people and will continue to.

Always great experience going to see Dr. Francis and staff. I was left with some doubts, but my fault in not asking more questions and results of x-rays and was hoping to get ct scan to find out if back surgeries worked. Hopefully next time I will have a little more courage to get answers from Doctor Francis. Overall great

The worst Doctors visit ever. We waited 2 hours before I asked the receptionist how much longer we were told they hadn't even started to be checked in yet. The office was over booked. A doctor who allows so many patients to be booked at one time does not care to give the patient the quality care and time they deserve we left without being seen I refused to have my child wait for someone who was trying to pull in as many patients as possible to make more money.

Dr. Francis and his staff have been outstanding. He has performed surgeries on myself and my wife and we both experienced 100% improvement from our injuries, pain and discomfort. For myself, this was not entirely expected as I had suffered my injuries 26 years earlier and various degrees of pain was a part of my life. I said "WAS" because I (and my wife) have been pain free for 6 years now due to his surgical expertise He and his staff are true professionals who were always attentive and responsive to our needs. I can only recommend Dr. Francis if you are suffering spine or neck pain, because he really is the best at what he does. Do your own research, you will find the medial community and his former patients share my opinion. God bless and only leave your medical needs to the best!
