Not good, they encourage and prompt you to do things that are not urgent or even necessary. The front staff is no better. If you have good insurance, watch out! Hygienist was very rude as well.

I've been a patient of Dr. Roberts for 17 years; I highly recommend this office. In addition to being an excellent dentist, he is consistently caring and concerned about my dental health. I've had fillings, crowns, root canals, dental bridge, mouthguard. Each time he's patiently explained the problem and my options for resolution; each time the work was performed beautifully. It's a very busy office and not usually "fun" to go to the dentist, but staff never fail to greet patients warmly...and everyone remembers my name, which amazes me. The waiting area is small but they're generally prompt so the wait isn't long. The dental assistants have great personalities and try their best to make the experience pleasant. The ladies who perform dental cleanings are thorough and attentive. Yesterday I was experiencing unexplained sensitivity to liquids near my bridge..I was given an appointment within two hours of calling and Dr. Roberts was so nice to work me into his schedule with a brief wait.

This dentist is a joke. Rather than having my wisdom tooth extracted, he told me he was going to fill it and all I have had is problems ever since. He did horrible crown work and then went into one he had done previously to give it a root canal and charged me for his mistake and wouldn't give me the white filling unless I wanted to pay even more. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST unless you want to same treatment.

I will never see this dentist again. He was very unprofessional, and didnt compeltely drill out a cavity before filling it. This caused the tooth to rot and break under the filling, which he claims wasn't his fault. Very poor work.

Very unhappy with dentist. Went in with a chipped tooth.Dentist did not discuss options. Put in temporary crown. Infection set in within 48 hours.Went back. Again did not discuss options.Immediately drilled tooth and opened gum.Told to go to a "partner" who would do a root canal for $ 500.00 over what my insurance paid.When I asked why I could not have the tooth extracted,dentist stated I did not have that option because he had already prepared the gum for the root canal(all without discussing my options)
