Very unfriendly staff. Young girl at reception ignored me for several mins. well talking and laughing on the phone.I felt as though I was bothering her. Dr. does not like to refer and I had to, what felt like, be rude until I was able to get him to do a referal. Try to look for another doctor if possible before using this one.

This man is so arrogant that he cannot possibly understand what a patient is telling him. Communication is extremely weak. He does not listen. He prescribes drugs without asking about conflict. I almost lost my husband to this man’s incompetence. Please consider another Dr.

Dr Leibfried is mine and my 1 year old sons doctor, he has always been very helpful when we have had issues, doesn't push unnecessary medication and listens thoroughly to my issues and doesn't brush them off as insignificant. He has great bedside manner with my son and makes me feel comfortable asking any questions. Also i love that he makes time to see his patients when they are sick instead of making them book weeks ahead like most doctors.

I feel that the staff at this office is absolutely the worst I have ever been in contact with. When trying to make an appointment they told me it was my fault that informed me that there was no way I could get an appointment. The girl on the phone was rude, obnoxious, and I heard others laughing in the background (professionalism at it's best?) It is not so much that i am rating the doctor, but his employees; I (since this afternoon) have started looking for another doctor simply because of the staff.

I have been Dr Liebfried's patient for about 8 years. Dr Liebfried always takes the time to listen to my questions and provides answers I understand. I called his office about a sudden vision problem and was in his office in 1/2 hour. After carefull inspection he arranged for me to see the opthermoligist on call and sent me to Dr Lennox. Dr Lennox met me at the lobby and took me right in. My retna had a small leak. In a total of 1.5 hours I went from home to Dr.Liebfried's office to specialist and back home. Hats off to both Dr's.

My visit was a disaster. He is unable to diagnose, unresponsive, condesending, lacks compassion, and certainly shows no beside manner. When visiting, ask for proof of medical license. All in all, he is unacceptable mannnerisms.

Very thorough, and very helpful. Very accurate with diagnosis and was quick to refer to a specialist.

Staff is rude beyond belief--can rarely get through... he is in ofice 2 days a week. He is not thorough in his exams ... turns out the "strained back" has serious issues and requires surgery. He should consider using medical technology now available like an x-rays or MRI . This would save years of unnecessary pain, in my opinion. He also has no hospital rights. If possible people look around... anyone with mental health probs very definitely look around but if you want a free bus pass he could be your man or so I have been told!!!

He does not like patients to ask questions or to assert themselves in any way. He is generally responsive, but slow to refer which is worrisome. He does not have any understanding of mental health issues and this is a potentially life-threatening fault, so be prepared to fight for yourself and your loved ones. In general, I find him bright enough and he looks for physical problems. His good intentions mean a lot. Don't be afraid to speak up when you need to. If I could, I would look around.
