I paid $5000 and my teeth are still crooked. And of course, he wants to do additional procedures at my cost to find out why! Who cares why!! He should have straightened them at no additional charge.

Dr. Lebsack was a great orthodontist. Being in foster care when I was young he decided to fix my teeth(which they were very badly crooked). He did 1 free person a year and he picked me. That is a lot to say about any doctor. He was always very kind and attentive to my problems. If you ever read this, I want you to know not only did you make high school easier, but my whole life. I can smile now without being made fun of or feeling insecure. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Dr. Lebsak. :)

At the beginning of my treatment I was promised that I would have my braces off before my sister's wedding and before I went off to college(which was nine months from the date I got them on). He ended up being off by a year and six months. He also misinformed me of my removal date. He has three office locations and his assistants were always getting locations mixed up so I would show up at the wrong place at the wrong time. After I had my braces on for about a year I was experiencing painful inflammation and bleeding of my gums upon flossing. I constantly complained of my pain but he refused to do anything about it because I was not using the prescribed mouth wash (I stopped using it because it was turning my teeth brown). This went on until I went to my dentist appointment where they had to numb my mouth with lidocaine because I was in so much pain. My dental assistant found a piece of bonding cement that my orthodontist failed to remove. The assistants were also rude and unhelpful.
