He did a great job in Surgery reattaching my Quad tendons. I’ve had 3 follow up sessions and he’s very personable and answered all my questions. Be prepared to wait a little to see him and have your questions ready as he only spends under 10 minutes with each patient. He he is very experienced.

I have had numerous surgeries, carpel tunnel surgeries on both hands and 4 trigger finger surgeries and haven’t had any problems with them after they healed. I am due to go back in September for another finger trigger surgery. Very thorough in his explanation of the surgeries and expectations for after surgery. His receptionist is amazing an extremely helpful and accommodating. I have had issues with a few other orthopaedic surgeons and I have chosen Dr. Patel every time.

I came to Dr Patel after a different specialist dismissed my injury without conducting a single assessment and provided no help whatsoever. Dr Patel was excellent, he assessed both my wrists throughly, ordered x-rays which were completed in about 5 minutes, then examined the X-rays, advised me further and concluded by requesting an MRI. I was impressed by the efficiency of the entire process. Dr Patel was extremely through, considerate and professional. I have had more experience with Orthopaedic surgeons than I would like, and I highly recommend Dr Patel for anyone suffering from hand or wrist injuries.

Dr. Patel did an amazing job on both my hands for carpal tunnel surgery, he asked multiple times throughout both procedures how I was doing. My scars are minimal and I have zero pain, numbness or tingling in either hand. His office assistant and surgical assistant were both amazing as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel if you need carpal tunnel surgery.

Dr. Patel did an ok job of fixing my carpal tunnel (some residual pain) but when it came to relocating my ulnar nerve, I went through considerable pain, swelling, and bruising. Five months after surgery, I still have discoloration around my elbow, a hard lump at the site of the surgery and pain. Dr. Patel indicated that all this is normal but my research turned up no supporting evidence. I will find another surgeon to do my other elbow.

Bad experience. He did not listen to me or let me explain my symptoms or experiences. Sent me for an X-ray, they came back clear and discharged me without looking for the root issue. When calling with my X-ray results a male member of the family answered the phone, he said “your E rays are clear” and hung up. The call was for me, a female. Not impressed and have now been referred to a different physician.

Very good specialist. Took the time to ask and listen to what my injuries were. Offered options of treatment, explained pros and cons and explained each in detail. Was very professional and kind. Also his staff were very helpful and friendly. Great experience.

He was late, spent less than five minutes with me, got out of the room as quickly as possible,, zero interpersonal skills, gave me no chance to discuss my problem, he couldn't get out of the room fast enough. Waste of time. I will go elsewhere in the future.
