Dr. Whiteford is a wonderful doctor..However the front desk is HORRIBLE!

Dr. Whiteford is a fine doc. She listens and cares, pays attention to my concerns, and even does research into questions I've had. Her staff seems average to above average to me. I consider that peripheral to having a physician who takes good care of my family.

Dr. Whiteford is rarely on time. I generally wait 45 minutes to see her. Although I completed an information package with my medical and family history, she placed me on a medication that complicated a previous medical issue. Went through months of medical attention including surgery....

I have been with Dr. Whiteford since she was a resident at Franklin Square's Family Health Center. I have always known her to be knowledgeable, caring and attentive to my medical and personal needs. She is very down to earth and politely suggests ways I can improve my health. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a PCP.

Dr. Whiteford is knowledgeable and empathetic. She shows care and concern for her patients. She is adept at ordering the appropriate tests for your situation. My only complaint related to Dr. Whiteford is that there is a bit of the absent-minded professor about her. She does need to hire better front desk people.

Vey well oriented Doctor. I would recommend her to anyone. She is polite, caring, and attentive. As far as the staff....I think the Hospital is responsible for them because I have another Doctor at GBMC,and his staff is "off"...completely horrible.

The staff has no personality and can be rude. I like Dr. Whiteford for the most part. She isn't quick to prescribe medication for everything and I like that.

Staff is so horrible. I tried calling as a new patient and got hung up on 2x. No apologies. Just rude.

Dr. Whiteford is absolutel wonderful. Despite her excellent reputation she is very humble and down to earth. She is an excellent doctor.

Dr is very good and thorough. Unfortunately unprofesssional front office staff.
