Dr. Cummings may be a pleasant physician in outpatient office encounters, but he is an absolute nightmare for those he works with in the hospital. He never returns calls, has had several complaints about him not being present or available during care, and often prescribes medications incorrectly. When a patient is being followed by Dr. Cummings in the hospital, I worry about the quality of care they are receiving.

I was a patient of this Dr for over a year. I never got to see the Dr until I ended up in the ER. The Harrisburg Office is filthy and the staff never quite seems to know exactly whats happening with their patients. If you have renal issues this office will treat you like gold. However, if you have any other general medical issues, good luck.

Best doctor I have ever been to, I cannot begin to describe the caring and nuturing nature of this man. His entire staff is wonderful! Critical Care doctor. Excellent in crisis, knowledgable, upfront, honest, not condescending, and caring. Even gave me his cell # (ever have a dr. give his cell #?). Wish we could have had him throughout several hospitalizations, but hospital rules percluded that. Can't say enough good about this doctor.

I am 61 years old; Dr. Cummings is the best physician I have ever enc****ered! He has been my physician for more than 20 years. His staff is excellent! He represents thehighest ideals of medicine. He is very knowlegeable, specailties in clude Inyetnal medicine, Critical care and Nephrology. He is always current in his knowledge and is on top of his patients needs.
